Several university departments offer helpful mobile apps that are free to download on the device of your choice.

For Everyone

RAVE Guardian (Google Play, Apple)
This safety app can provide help to every member of the campus community. The app gives a direct line to USCPD, links to safety resources, a safety timer that will call police if it goes off and an anonymous tip submission form.

Transloc (Google Play, Apple)
Track UofSC shuttles in real-time so that you can schedule your trips across campus efficiently.

DUO Mobile (Google Play, Apple)
The university’s multifactor authentication system has its own mobile app so that you can gain access to campus systems quickly.

Get Mobile (Google Play, Apple)
Manage your CarolinaCard funds through this app so that you can conveniently swipe your card to pay for food, bookstore items, athletic event tickets and more.

To connect your accounts through GET Mobile:

  2. Register using your VIP number and university email
  3. Confirm your registration via email
  4. Download GET MOBILE in the app store

Passport Parking (Google Play, Apple)
Using meters doesn’t require coins anymore. Register your car in this app and pay for temporary parking across campus and in the city of Columbia.

Grubhub (Google Play, Apple)
Skip lines in the Russell House and get your food faster! This popular app also helps you get food delivered off campus as well.

For Students:

Navigate (Google Play, Apple)
Create to-do lists, partner with study buddies, view your course schedule, make an appointment with UofSC staff, view key campus events and connect with UofSC resources. 

SC Student Rewards (Google Play, Apple)
Claim your ticket to support the Gamecocks; earn rewards for each event you attend.

Handshake (Google Play, Apple)
Connect with potential internships, co-ops, part-time and full-time jobs as well as career-related live events.

For Parents:

Parents Program (Google Play, Apple)
The award-winning UofSC Parents Program app provides you with easy access to resources that support a student’s growth and success.
