Psychology Services Center offers anxiety, stress management group

The Psychology Services Center is offering virtual weekly group workshops for the next seven weeks on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 8 p.m. 

For $5 a week, students can gain adaptive coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety. Learn skills related to communication, mindfulness, self-talk, health, self-esteem and sleep.
