"I heard about the pledge through a staff member on the orientation team and I decided to participate because I believe it is my duty as a student to do what I can so we can return and remain on campus this fall. If everyone follows the pledge we can prevent a campus outbreak and look towards getting things back to normal in terms of classes, student life and more."
