“Being an RA has been an incredibly rewarding experience that has taught me so much about being a leader and an engaged member of the community. Getting to know my residents and being part of their lives is such a special experience, and I love getting to interact with each of them. Hearing about their successes, their experiences and their everyday lives is a blast, and I am so grateful for what they choose to share with me.
