Welcome to the University of South Carolina! Each year the Center for Teaching Excellence hosts orientation sessions for newly hired faculty. New Faculty Orientation is open to all newly hired, full time faculty. NFA is a new initiative of the Office of the Provost designed to launch the careers of new faculty by providing a series of professional development, networking, and mentoring activities during their first year at UofSC.
