Grants Ready Room Sessions

The PeopleSoft Finance team has scheduled several sessions for you to bring your Grant related questions to a Grants Ready Room where you can receive personalized help for your specific needs.

The Ready Room is designed for you to drop-in with your Grant related questions and get personalized help. There will be USC subject matter experts from across the campus ready to assist you. Take this opportunity to ask questions about when to submit a payment request as opposed to a requisition, where to find out how much money is left on a Grant, and any new business processes or changes that have occurred since the implementation of PeopleSoft. The informal setting will allow you to come, get the help you need, and leave when you are ready. There are currently two sessions available with the possibility of more being added if needed.

Grants Module 101 Webinar – April 12th

This webinar will give insight into PeopleSoft’s Grant Module. It will walk through the many pages, tabs, and links where you can:

• View information on the Award Profile Page
• View Project information using the Project Page and all tabs and links available on that page
• View Project Budgets
• View F&A splits and F&A allocations

In addition, several helpful queries related to Grant information will be previewed.

This webinar will be held Tuesday, April 12^th at 10am - 12pm.
