Mentoring

Student Affairs and Academic Support offers mentoring opportunities to full-time employees of the division through the program "Division Duos." Participants in the program meet monthly to expand their networks, develop professional relationships and learn more about the division and the university.

Division Duos

When you sign up for the Division Duos program, you can choose to serve as a mentor, mentee or both. You can also share your interests, experiences and goals to help organizers choose your mentoring match.

Expectations

  • Each mentoring pair will meet at least once a month
  • Meetings will be face-to-face, though the meetings can be virtual or in person
  • Participants will receive discussion questions and themes to support their conversations

Application

Register to participate in Division Duos no later than Oct. 3.
