| Background: | Hospitalist with 18 years experience in a variety of settings (urban, academic, community, rural) Leadership experience: co-lead hospitalist for 4 years, serving a group of >50 providers Academic experience: associate program director for internal medicine residency Multiple awards for teaching and service Comfortable learning new EMRs (experience with Cerner, Epic, CPRS, and Sunrise) Participation in / chairmanship of multiple division and hospital system committees Comfortable with inpatient procedures and critical care management |
