Application Update Form

Complete the application update form if you are a current applicant who would like to supplement your application with new, relevant information.

This form is intended for applicants who have submitted an AMCAS and supplemental application to the USC School of Medicine Greenville. 

Please note the following:

  • Restrict your updates to those that are significant and relevant to your application.
  • Submit no more than two updates per semester.
  • Updates will be accepted at any time in the application cycle. 

Your updates will be forwarded to the admissions committee and added to your application file. The committee will consider your updates along with your other application materials.

You are welcome to supplement your application with additional information. Our Admissions Evaluation Committee will consider your updates along with the review of your application. 

  • We ask that you only submit updates that are significant and relevant to your application.
  • Please try to limit your updates to no more than two submissions per semester.
