Center for Health and Well-Being updates

The Center for Health and Well-Being pharmacy now delivers and students can download the app to transfer their prescriptions to campus. The apps are available on Apple and Google.
The center also is offering Counseling and Psychology Services group sessions.
Skill-building
- Overcoming Social Anxiety (Thursdays 4:15-5:45 p.m. or Fridays 1:15-2:45 p.m., both meeting in the counseling center)
- Taming Your Worry (Tuesdays 4:15-5:45 p.m. in CHW 217 or Wednesdays 4:30-6 p.m. in Campus Village Building 3, Room 110)
Social Support/Relationship Focused
- Building Connections (Thursdays 2:45-4 p.m. in Swearingen Career Center Suite 1A05 open to all students)
- Building Connections, virtual sessions (Fridays 1:30-3 p.m., for graduate and professional students. Sign-up on myhealthspace prior to group start time.)
- That's Some BS (Thursdays 4-5 p.m. in the Coliseum 4002)
