Faculty and staff parking permit information for Fall 2026



Parking and Transportation Services will begin selling 2026-27 parking permits on July 6. Faculty and staff with a current garage permit or reserved space have until June 25 to opt out before their permit is automatically renewed for the upcoming year.

Faculty and staff not in garages or reserved spaces can purchase their permits through Parking and Transportation's parking portal.

Important dates:

  • June 25: Deadline for faculty and staff to opt out of garage permit or reserved space renewals.
  • July 6: Employee surface lot permit sales begin online.
  • July 31: Last day to have a permit mailed.
  • 1: Permits purchased on or after this date must be picked up at the Parking Services office, 411 Huger St.
  • 18: Classes begin.

No changes to permit rates: Parking permit rates for faculty and staff will remain the same for the 2026-27 academic year.

New Founders Park permit: A new Founders Park permit will be available for $25 annually. The permit allows parking in the Founders Gravel Lot (AD14) and includes shuttle service to campus destinations, including Colonial Life Arena and Greene Street near the Russell House.

Reminder: Vehicles must display a valid permit and park only in their designated area. Vehicles without a permit or parked in the wrong zone may be cited.
