The University of South Carolina’s Honors and Awards Commission honors top graduating seniors with awards each spring.
Any students who qualified for the awards will be notified via their student email from the Office of the Provost with a link to the application.
The deadline to apply for the awards is 4 p.m. Jan. 30.
Students wanting to apply must meet the following criteria in order to be considered:
- Must graduate from an undergraduate degree program at USC Columbia between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2026.
- Must have completed at least 75 academic credit hours.
- Must exemplify scholarship, involvement, citizenship and leadership in academic and co-curricular activities.
- Must submit all information in an online application and electronically sign the honor statement.
- Students who have requested a privacy indicator on their records must sign the waiver to release award information.
Missing the deadline will forfeit your opportunity to be considered for senior awards.
University Awards Day will be held on April 16, 2026, on the historic Horseshoe. Recipients will be notified prior to the ceremony. Contact the Department of Student Life at saawards@mailbox.sc.edu for more information.
