Curious about graduate school but not sure where to start? Whether you’re actively planning your next step or just beginning to explore, The Graduate School invites you to join our “Fall in Love with Graduate School” event series this February.
This series is designed to give undergraduate students a realistic, welcoming look at graduate education. We’ll explore what it is, how it works, and how you can start preparing now.
Graduate School events
Fast Track to Forever: Senior Privilege & Accelerated Study
Learn how you can get a head start on graduate school while still an undergraduate. This session explores Senior Privilege and Accelerated Study pathways and explains how eligible students can begin earning USC graduate credit early.
In-Person: Monday, Feb. 9 | noon–1 p.m. | SMJC 106

Before You Commit: A Grad School Chat
A warm, candid Q&A with The Graduate School, faculty and staff members and current graduate students. Undergraduate students will receive honest answers about:
- Graduate applications and timelines.
- Funding and affordability.
- Prerequisites and preparation.
- Imposter syndrome and common grad school myths.
