"When I visited USC, my tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable about the information he was presenting. His enthusiasm and energy were contagious and I just knew if I came here, I wanted to do the same for potential students. As an ambassador now, giving tours to potential students and hearing their stories has allowed me to build intentional relationships with families and stakeholders alike. To see some of the students that were on my tour turn around and come here fills me with so much joy, as I know Carolina will be just as good, if not better, to them.
Through this experience, I have sharpened my public speaking and communication skills. It has allowed me to grow personally by being comfortable speaking in front of large crowds and has allowed me to be confident when I have speaking engagements."
