The app also helps users stay safe while traveling across campus with features such as Safety Timer, live location sharing and Friend Walk, allowing trusted contacts to follow their trip in real time.

The university’s multifactor authentication system uses a mobile app to help students, faculty and staff securely access university systems. The app adds an extra layer of protection by prompting users to enter a unique verification code during sign-in, helping safeguard personal and university data while providing quick and convenient access.
Transact eAccounts (Google Play, Apple)
Download this app to access your Mobile CarolinaCard credentials. Once set up, you can use the app to manage your Mobile CarolinaCard, view meal plan balances, access campus account information and use your barcode to scan into various campus services.

The DSE app makes it easy to access Campus Recreation facilities and activities. Before using recreation facilities, users must complete and sign a waiver through the app. Once set up, students can sign up for memberships and passes, register for Group X fitness classes and adventure trips, make climbing wall reservations and manage other recreation activities.

ParkUSC+ helps students, faculty and staff navigate campus by making it easy to find available parking, save their parking location and locate the closest parking options. The app also features real-time shuttle tracking, multimodal trip planning, in-app access to Uber, Zipcar and TransLoc, parking citation reminders, daily parking and transportation updates through The Daily, and important campus announcements.
Passport Parking (Google Play, Apple)
Passport Parking makes paying for metered parking around Columbia and the USC campus quick and convenient, no coins required. Simply register your vehicle, add a payment method and enter your license plate number to pay for temporary parking directly from your phone.

Operated by the Carolina Experience team, Navigate360 is created for students to make to-do lists, partner with study buddies, view course schedules, make appointments with staff, view key campus events and connect with university resources.
CircleIn is USC's digital learning platform that helps students collaborate, study and build stronger academic habits. The app provides flexible, on-demand academic support through peer collaboration while offering tools for note-taking, test preparation, time management, reflection and asking questions, all in a format designed to fit students' schedules and preferred ways of communicating.
Need help understanding a difficult concept? Cocky Scholar is USC's custom ChatGPT-powered study assistant, available anytime you need extra academic support. It can explain complex topics step by step, answer questions across a variety of subjects and help reinforce what you're learning. To access Cocky Scholar, sign in to ChatGPT using your USC credentials, then open the custom GPT to begin studying.
USC Columbia Libraries Meescan (Google Play, Apple)
The University Libraries app makes borrowing books faster and more convenient by allowing users to check out general collection materials anytime the library is open. Simply use the app to self-check out your items and be on your way.

Skip the lines by ordering ahead from campus dining locations, including the Russell House, with the Grubhub app. You can also order delivery from off-campus restaurants and even have your meal delivered by an autonomous robot to select locations across campus.
With the launch of mobile credentials, returning students will need to remove their CarolinaCard from their Grubhub account and then re-add it to ensure Grubhub transactions are processed successfully.
