I have the honor of developing student leaders on a daily basis. Whether it is working with our student employees on their transferrable skills or helping our student leaders develop their skills and therefore improve their clubs, it is truly inspiring what I see them accomplish.

Lauren started her career as a student official, supervisor and sport club president at Miami University of Ohio. She continued her career as a graduate assistant for intramural sports at Indiana University.
