Preparing Future Faculty Program Recognizes Outstanding Graduate Student Achievements

At USC, graduate students embarking on the journey to academic excellence find their path through the Preparing Future Faculty (PFF) Program. Guided by the CTE and led by Dr. Michelle Hardee, Program Manager for Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) Training, this nationally recognized program empowers graduate students to shape their futures in academia and beyond. Recognizing their dedication and initiative, the PFF program provides graduate students with the essential skills for impactful careers in teaching, research, and service.

This spring, the CTE and Graduate School celebrated 36 exceptional PFF Awardees across 25 disciplines, including Public Health, Arts & Sciences, Education, and Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management. Furthermore, three new disciplines, including Genetic Counseling, Nursing, and Pharmaceutical Sciences, joined the PFF community. Congratulations to these exceptional students for their dedication, perseverance, and achievements at this pivotal stage of their professional journey!
