Notes:

**Open to ALL Honors students.**Through six case studies, students will learn about the people all over the world leading movements to improve the food system. We will explore the social justice, environmental, sustainability, and public health motivations for changing food systems in each case. Students engaged with documentary, media, and research materials to explore ideas and reflect on them in each case.We consider the “There is No Alternative” or “TINA” narratives that justify the way the food system impacts people, and as a former student of mine concluded—“Go home TINA, you’re drunk. There are lots of ways to change the system.”

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
