Karen has been a Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Investor for over 30 years.  She has been an active member, volunteer and supporter of many groups including, Christ Church, Christ Church Episcopal School, The Assembly, The Junior League of Greenville, Meals on Wheels, the Greenville Literacy Association, SCPAC, etc.

Karen has 2 daughters, both of whom entered medical fields after graduation from college.  Her older daughter, Hayn, and her son-in-law, Mason, attended USCSOMG. Karen was able to see firsthand their 4 year journey at the school and the transformative effect it has had on both of their lives. She proudly shares that they both earned the department award for Best Emergency Medicine Student in their respective M4 years.

Karen’s goals include bringing more community awareness to the USCSOMG, encouraging parent and alumni participation and providing support for the students during their 4 years at the SOMG.
