Your Room

Make a maintenance request or get information about monthly bathroom cleaning.
Get help with computers and internet access in your room.
Log in to the Housing PIN reset page with your USC username and password to change your PIN.

Rent or buy a combination microwave and mini fridge for your room. Stand-alone mini fridges and microwaves are prohibited in most residence halls.

Personal property and liability insurance is required for all students. Learn about our GradGuard College Renters Plan.

In order to provide the best environment possible, University Housing requests that all windows in residence halls remain closed at all times.  Opening windows allows moisture and insects to enter residents rooms that may cause infestations, mildew and even mold.

Residents should not hang any item on windows that faces outward such as posters that have words, images, post-it notes or remarks that may be found offensive or that take away from the building appearance.  Failure to adhere to this may result in a conduct hearing.

All furnishings provided by University Housing must remain in the room throughout the school year.

Can you loft your bed and what is acceptable.  See University Housing's loft policy for more information.
