Approved Distributed Learning Courses

To see which courses have been approved for 50% or more distributed learning, search the table below by course or keyword. Carolina Core courses are indicated by the designator of the core component.

The Distributed Learning Quality Review (DLQR) process ensures that the University of South Carolina has high-quality distributed learning courses.  To successfully complete the review, each course must meet basic standards for design quality, accessibility and usability, which are spelled out in a review checklist approved by the Provost’s Committee on Distributed Learning and based on the Quality Matters rubric, a nationally recognized quality benchmark.

*Please note: G stands for grandfathered. These courses were added to the list in 2010. Synchronous courses are indicated with an "S" in Format column and Asynchronous courses are indicated with a "A".
