Ailie coordinates the peer leader program, with focuses on the recruitment, selection, and training of new and returning peer leaders. She also manages the logistics for peer leader events. Additionally, Ailie supports the team of Senior Peer Leaders who serve as co-instructors in the EDLP 520 course.
Ailie teaches UNIV 101: The Student in the University and EDLP 520: The Teacher as Manager. During her time as a graduate student at USC, Ailie served as University 101 Graduate Leader.
Prior to coming to University 101 Programs, Ailie served as the Graduate Assistant for Advising in the Education Abroad Office where she supported students who were pursuing a variety of international education experiences.
