Ailie MacLennan assists with the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new and returning University 101 Peer Leaders. Ailie also serves as an instructor for EDLP 520: The Teacher as Manager and UNIV 101: The Student in the University. 

During her time as a graduate student at USC, Ailie served as University 101 Graduate Leader. 

Prior to coming to University 101 Programs, Ailie served as the Graduate Assistant for Advising in the Education Abroad Office where she supported students who were pursuing a variety of international education experiences.
