Dustin Roberts helps to ensure a high-quality course experience, document program effectiveness, and identify improvement strategies. Dustin supports all functional areas, including Faculty Development and Resources, Campus Partnerships, Peer Leadership, and Administration. Dustin is the primary contact for University 101 syllabus review.

Dustin also manages departmental administrative functions related to facilities management, IT, and event management by supervising the administrative support team.

Dustin also serves as an instructor for the leadership development course, EDLP 520: The Teacher as Manager, as well as the first-year seminar, UNIV 101: The Student in the University.

Prior to coming to University 101 Programs, Dustin served as the Assistant Director for the First-Year Experience at the College of Charleston. In this role, he oversaw areas of logistics and enrollment/registration and coordinated student intervention/support, assessment, experiential learning, and peer education. He previously served as the Area Coordinator for first-year student housing and residence life at the Georgia Southern University – Armstrong Campus.
