Alec Parry

From Anchorage, Alaska, Alec Parry earned his BA in German from Colorado College, and MA in German from the University of South Carolina. He also taught as a Fulbright Teaching Assistant through the USTA Program in Vienna and Innsbruck. He enjoys tennis and ice hockey. His field of interest is Swiss and Austrian literature, particularly involving the Alps and nature, as well as minor literature theory. The works of Charles Ferdinand Ramuz, Max Frisch, and Thomas Bernhard are among his research interests.
