We realize the challenges you are facing in securing top talent in today’s job market. Therefore, the Division of HR has partnered with recruitment, inclusive excellence and marketing and communication experts across the university to develop results-focused talent acquisition strategies. The first three initiatives we’d like to share are:
- Redesign of the Employment webpage to showcase all UofSC has to offer and compel applicants to apply. This page receives almost 100,000 visitors each year and is the front-facing employment marketing tool for our university.
- Newly created Careers at UofSC webpage within HR to include application tips to increase completion rates and applicant success.
- Coming soon: A Recruitment Marketing Toolbox full of system-wide social media graphics to promote UofSC Jobs and specific roles through a variety of channels.
