Anyone can view the current list of proposals submitted for approval across campus. Search or filter proposals by college/school, designator, or action.
The Academic Programs Proposal System (APPS) is a web-based submission and approval system developed to facilitate the submission and approval process for course and program curriculum forms.
Users include those identified by the College or School as able to submit a proposal (proponents), those with approval authority for proposals (approvers), and those sitting on college or university committees responsible for reviewing the proposals (approvers).
Proposal proponents can access APPS using their USC Network username and password (the same ID and password as used for other USC systems).

Proposal approvers can access APPS using their USC Network username and password (the
same ID and password as used for other USC systems).
Note: for Spring 2022, proposals should be submitted in both the new and previous version of APPS.

Members of curriculum and faculty governance committees across campus can review and comment on proposals submitted via a secured, read-only site. Contact your APL or the Office of Academic Programs for access.
