Graduate School Travel Award Winners Recognized

Tanya Hundal, a member of Professor John Lavigne's group, is going to the International Conference on Glycomics December 1-2, 2016, to present her work entitled, "Designing Synthetic Lectins to Investigate Metastatic Potential in Colon and Prostate Cancers."

Clorissa Washington, a member of Professor Wayne Outten's group, is going to The National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers (NOBCChe) 43rd Annual Conference  November 8-12, 2016, to present her work entitled, "Iron Homeostasis is Disrupted by Nickel Stress in E. coli."

Qingfeng Zhang, a member of Professor Hui Wang's group, is going to the 2016 Materials Research Society (MRS) Fall Meeting and Exhibit November 27-December 2, 2016, to present his work entitled, "Plasmonic Hot Electrons Driven Photocatalytic Reactions:  New Insights Gained from Plasmon-Enhanced Spectroscopic Studies."
