Background

Gary Moore has been with the University of South Carolina School of Law since August 2012. He is responsible for establishing the School of Law’s academic technology strategy and implementing technologies that enhance teaching, learning, and scholarship within the law school. Gary also provides oversight of information technology systems, equipment, and services for the School of Law. He is also the administrator for the School of Law’s LegalTech Seminar Series, which was started in the fall of 2015. The series features prominent guest speakers discussing how technology affects the law.

Gary received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hofstra University and is a member of IEEE and IAPP. Over the years, he has given several presentations for the annual conference for the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI). Gary is located in Room 202F and encourages the entire law school community to come visit him and discuss any technology needs or concerns.
