Dow Hammond earned his B.S. of Integrated Information Technology in 2009 at the University of SC. AT USC's Student Disability Resource Center, he provides presentations to USC faculty/staff, students, and the public to share the importance of website and online material accessibility and help them understand best practices to accomplish this.
