Campus Recreation Personal Fitness Training

Description

Description - Describes how students engage, what they do, reflecting the nature and depth of the program/experience.

Students work with a personal trainer to identify their fitness goals and practice individually tailored exercises and routines; each session is 60 minutes in length.
