ServiceNow Release: February 9th, 2018

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve Service Delivery and Support, we would like to announce a new release. Here are the details:

  • The Telephony Order Guide has been consolidated into Telephone Services in order to improve efficiency.
  • Photography Services is no longer available in our Service Catalog. Photography Services are now under the direction of the Office of Communications and Public Affairs.
    • For inquiries regarding Photo Services with Division of IT, please contact Jason Ayer at (803) 777-3257, or jayer@mailbox.sc.edu
    • Information regarding Photography billing with Division of IT is available in our Knowledge Base
  • The DoIT Procedure Template has been revised. Please use for new procedures and revisions. The template is available in the DoIT Processes and Procedures Knowledge Base as KB0010559.
  • You can now view both “Requested For” and “Affected User” under the Affected User column when using the My Work view for both Incidents and Requests. Learn more about configuring this option in our Knowledge Base, via KB0010608.
