Meeting Room Reservation Information

The calendar below shows current reservations for College of Education classrooms and meeting spaces. These rooms can only be reserved by authorized College of Education 25Live users.

Please work with your department’s Administrative Assistant or Coordinator to reserve a room.

 

Please note the following rules regarding reservations and use:

  • Please leave rooms in a neat and tidy condition with chairs pushed in, dry erase boards cleaned, and any trash properly disposed.
    **If your event is after hours or over the weekend and requires custodial support such as emptying the trash and cleaning after the event, please submit a facilities helpdesk ticket no later than 72 hours prior to your event. Please note there is an additional departmental charge for this service.**
  • Be sure to leave when your reservation time has ended.
  • Student groups are not authorized to use conference rooms. If faculty or staff are meeting with students, they must be present the entire time the room is in use.

All room reservations must be submitted three business days prior to your event/meeting’s date and time. Failure to reserve a room in advance may result in your event being denied or the loss of available rooms.
