The USC Advantage
Health is shaped by more than one factor. At the Arnold School, students study how biology, behavior, movement, policy, environments, data, health systems and communities all connect.
Our majors prepare students for many paths, including graduate school, professional school, public health careers, health care, research, community work, rehabilitation, wellness and more.
Public Health majors gain practical experience through a field project or independent research, and Exercise Science majors complete practicum opportunities that connect classroom learning with real-world settings.
Students can get involved through public health- and exercise science-specific organizations such as Public Health Society, Exercise Science Club, Latino Caucus for Public Health and 500 other student clubs and organizations that offer professional experiences, community involvement, conference participation and networking opportunities.
Arnold School Ambassadors are undergraduate students involved in leadership, service, research, Honors College, Greek Life and other opportunities across USC. Connect with an ambassador today to ask questions and hear about our programs from the student perspective.
