Kira earned her Master of Education in higher education and student affairs from the University of South Carolina and her Bachelor of Science in business management and leadership from Pfeiffer University. Throughout her career in higher education, Kira has been passionate about helping students connect their college experiences to future career success. As a first-generation college graduate, Kira is committed to empowering students to explore their strengths, develop professionally and pursue opportunities that align with their goals. She is excited to return to the University of South Carolina and support Honors College students as they prepare for life after graduation.

Outside of work, Kira enjoys attending sporting events, reading, spending time with family and friends, crocheting and exploring new places with her dog, Ollie. She is thrilled to be back in Columbia and looks forward to connecting with students, faculty, staff and alumni across the Honors College community.
