This in-person workshop will focus on providing an overview Appreciative Advising. The six phases of Appreciative Advising – Disarm, Discover, Dream, Design, Deliver, and Don't Settle – will be defined. Participants will not only learn what each phase means, but they will also have the opportunity to learn how to implement each of these phases. *Lunch will be provided.*
