What Should Be Included in the Practicum Proposal

The practicum proposal should be a detailed description of the work the student will be doing with the company or organization. It should include:

  • Organization’s name.
  • Detailed description of job responsibilities.
  • Name and contact information of supervisor at the organization.

The student must obtain the approval of the practicum coordinator BEFORE registering for JOUR 777. Registration cannot and will not take place without the approval of the practicum proposal.
