CIC Career Series

Each semester, Career Services plans a series of Career Development Workshops to assist you in your professional development. We cover everything from writing a resume and cover letter, to interviewing for a job or internship. The workshops are appropriate for students of any CIC major, class year or experience level. 

Students who attend at least three workshops receive a CIC Career Ready Certificate and a CIC Padfolio!

All workshops will take place in SJMC 318.

In addition to regular workshops and employer visits, CIC Career Services plans an annual Career Fair attended by over 20 employers in media, advertising, public relations, political affairs, journalism and more! All CIC majors and minors are welcome to attend.

Corporate Visits

The Career Services Department is consistently working to strengthen and expand meaningful partnerships with  top employers in the industry, both locally and nationally. In the past, we have welcomed a wide range of employers from all over the country including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Publicis Health, Comcast Spotlight and The Post and Courier.
