About this Fellowship
Funding for predoctoral or professional healthcare students planning careers in improving global cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and brain health.
AHA predoctoral fellowships provide up to two years of support for students in health-related doctoral fields who intend careers as scientists, physician-scientists or other clinician-scientists, or related careers. Applicants work collaboratively with a faculty mentor to prepare their proposal. Open to international students. Applicants should be enrolled in a program at the time of application and have completed their initial coursework by grant start.
