Each semester, Human Resources holds HR Forums to provide HR contacts with new information
and updates. Memos are sent to inform HR contacts of upcoming forum dates.

success through one of our coordinated professional development programs.
Each year, a group of individuals are selected to participate in one of two leadership development programs. Participants go through 40-50 hours of targeted professional development
activities which are focused on five leadership competencies.
Understand and improve workplace behavior, effectiveness and performance through individual,
team and organizational consultative services.
