Thank you for your interest in becoming a Peer Advisor at USC Lancaster! To be a PAL on USCL's campus is a coveted position, so be sure to put your best foot forward. Answer ALL questions in complete sentences and submit the form when it is complete. Applications must be submitted by December 1, 2024. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it is your responsibility to follow up with the Student Life office.  Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

PAL applicants MUST:

• Maintain a grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0
• Have at least 12 credit hours completed by the end of Fall 2024
• Be willing to help promote/advertise campus activities
• Be able to participate in the following: 
  • On-campus interviews during the week of December 9^th - December 13^th
  • Spring 2025 3 credit hour Foundations of Leadership course designed specifically for PALs
  • New Lancer Orientation Sessions to be held summer 2024 (dates TBD)
  • Orientation workshops and conferences to be held in the future

SCHOLARSHIPS:

• PALs receive $500 in the spring for their work during the spring
• PALs receive $500 in the Fall for their work during the summer and fall (work during the Fall is typically less strenuous)
