Event Purpose
In recognition of National Girls & Women in Sports Day, this program brings together influential voices in sports and media to explore leadership, storytelling, and the power of the pivot. Featuring women leaders whose careers span media, business, and culture, the conversation examines how credibility is built, influence is sustained, and opportunity is created in an ever-evolving sports landscape.
This featured panel brings together influential voices across sports, media, and culture to examine how leadership is defined — and recognized — in today’s landscape. Through a dynamic, moderated conversation, panelists explore who holds influence, how credibility is earned, and what it takes to shape outcomes in industries where visibility and power are constantly shifting.
The discussion moves beyond titles and traditional pathways to unpack the skills that matter most right now, the realities of turning momentum in women’s sports into sustainable careers, and the importance of building influence long before formal authority is granted. Framed within The Power of the Pivot, the conversation highlights how leadership, narrative control, and strategic adaptability determine who gets heard — and ultimately, who wins.
