Personal

Prior to coming to the School of Journalism and Mass Communications, Britt worked as an audio/ video engineer for SCAV, a Columbia based company that produces live corporate, and entertainment events nationwide. He toured the country for his first seven years but resigned from touring full-time as his family grew. 

Over the next 10 years, Britt managed the audio-visual department and account at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center for SCAV. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, photography, playing guitar, boating, saltwater fishing, archery, fly fishing, hunting, and wood working.
