This year’s Summit is centered on the theme Leading with Purpose—exploring how individual and organizational purpose shape leadership decisions, culture, and impact, particularly amid rapid change and emerging technologies such as AI. The day will bring together business leaders, nonprofit executives, alumni, and friends of the Moore School for thoughtful dialogue and practical insight.
The working agenda includes:
- A keynote address from Boyd Blanchard, CEO of Blanchard Machinery
- A panel on Purpose and Leadership, featuring leaders from business and the nonprofit sector
- A second keynote by José Salibi Neto, global entrepreneur and author
- A forward-looking panel on Leadership and Purpose in an AI World
- Facilitated table discussions throughout the day to encourage reflection and exchange
