About this Fellowship
AFPE provides financial support to pre-doctoral pharmaceutical students through a variety of awards.

The primary goal of the AFPE Pre-Doctoral Research Fellowship program is to positively impact patient and public health by supporting high performing students who possess the skill and aptitude to become outstanding scientists and leaders in the pharmaceutical industry, academia, and the government/nonprofit sectors.
Several fellowships are available (including the Gateway to Research scholarship) in addition to several pre-doctoral scholarships targeted towards specific fields (including one for underrepresented minorities) and three first year graduate school fellowships.
Campus nomination required for the Gateway Research fellowship only.
Award Value
A variety of awards are offered, ranging from $5,000 to $10,000.
