About this Fellowship
This essay competition challenges young leaders to address the question "What global problem worries you the most and how would you propose it could be resolved?"
Deadlines are typically in June, but be sure to check the competition website for the current cycle’s deadline.
Sponsored by Daniel Adams, one of the founding members of the Biotech industry, this challenge seeks to elevate the voices of a new generation of young thinkers and leaders in assessing the complex problems facing our world and to shine a light on creative solutions. Because the next generation will inherit societies whose problems are more complex than ever, it is the vision of the sponsor of this challenge that the voices of a new generation of young thinkers and leaders should be at the forefront of how we address these problems. Submissions are accepted from individuals or teams from the US and the Netherlands; applicants are not required to be enrolled in university to apply.
Award Value
The winning three essays will receive awards of $10,000, $5,000, and $2,500, respectively.
