This award provides financial assistance to outstanding women undergraduate or graduate students majoring in accounting or an accounting-related field.
The AICPA Foundation, the AICPA’s Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee and its newly created AWSCPA task force are sponsoring this new AWSCPA Scholarship Award to support the success of women in the accounting profession. Applicants should be current undergraduate or graduate students in an accounting or accounting-related major who intend to pursue a CPA licensure (but are not yet licensed). AICPA Student Affiliate Membership required to apply.
Deadline is typically in March, but be sure to check the competition website for the current cycle’s deadline.

The AICPA Minority Scholarship awards outstanding minority students to encourage their selection of accounting as a major and their ultimate entry into the profession. Scholarships range from $3,000 to $10,000.
This scholarship is available for undergraduate or graduate students preparing for a career in state and local government finance. Two $10,000 awards are given annually.
