The Grad PLUS loan is a federal student loan available to students pursuing graduate or professional degrees.  This loan offers a fixed, competitive, interest rate and flexible loan limits.  The Council of Graduate Schools has joined 19 other organizations in a letter of support for the preservation of this loan, which is a vital line of support for graduate students to fund their education. The University of South Carolina is a member of the Council of Graduate Schools.
