Culinary Certification Program
This program has been suspended until further notice due to COVID-19. During regular semesters, students come learn the foundation of skills essential to the art and science of culinary preparation. Through a year-long rotation of fundamental and advanced classes, foodservice professionals and cooking enthusiasts can learn everything from kitchen basics to more intricate food preparation techniques.
