Learn beyond the classroom with trips like a visit to Darlington Speedway

Beyond the Classroom

HRSM students learn outside the classroom through unique field trips and one-of-a-kind courses. Explore the business of NASCAR at Darlington Raceway. Get a first-class lesson on hotel management at the Ritz-Carlton. Attend New York Fashion Week to learn from the best in the industry.

Learn from leaders who are celebrated for advancing their fields as industry trailblazers!a

Learn from Leaders

Our faculty are the reason HRSM is one of the best colleges in the country. Our professors didn’t just write the book on the subjects they teach; they’ve led successful careers as retail CEOs, hotel GMs and professional sport franchise presidents. They teach from experience and are passionate about mentoring the next generation.

Study abroad in many international destinations

Study Abroad

HRSM creates custom, major-specific study abroad courses each semester, such as The Business of Baseball in Japan, Luxury Management in Italy, Sustainable Tourism in the Galapagos Islands, or Fashion and Food in Paris. Student travel scholarships are also available.

Career connections lead to meaningful internships and full-time employment

Career Connections

The college provides students with a valuable alumni network, corporate engagement resources, career fairs, and faculty who are able to help students make industry connections. Helping students land the perfect job after graduation is what it's all about.

Every HRSM student graduates with at least two work experiences on their resume.

Internships

Every HRSM student graduates with work experiences on their resume, giving them an edge in the job market after graduation. By working internships into our curriculum, students gain applicable work experience while earning their degree.

Students speak with alumni and industry leaders at the Marnie Pearce Professionalism Seminar.

Professional Development

As part of our degree programs, students receive comprehensive training on business etiquette, professional attire, communication skills, interviewing skills and more. Graduate with the confidence to shine in any interview or networking setting.

Student organizations help students connect with like-minded peers to accomplish common goals.

Student Organizations

The college supports a wide variety of degree-related student organizations to enrich students' campus experience. Run a fashion show, launch a business, help the community, and build strong friendships and leadership skills all along the way.
