Feed the Flock
Feed the Flock is a food sustainability and food security initiative at the University of South Carolina that reclaims surplus food and packages it into individual ready-to-eat meals for distribution to the campus community in need. The program is led by USC’s School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and operated in partnership with the USC CommUnity Shop.

Good Food. Greater Purpose.
Feed the Flock sources surplus, prepared food and packages it into individual ready-to-eat meals. We are reducing food waste and expanding access to nutritious and convenient food options.
-
Who We Serve
Feed the Flock meals are distributed through the USC CommUnity Shop and other campus locations – serving all University of South Carolina students and employees in need.
-
Volunteer and Partner Powered
Thank you to everyone who has volunteered to help package and distribute meals, and to our donors and partners who provide crucial funding and food supplies. We could not do it without you!
